Introducing the irresistible new group exercise innovation from Virgin Active, called Punch. Based on a boxing format, Punch provides a high-intensity, full-body workout. Great for calorie burning, body conditioning and improved strength, it includes three-minute rounds of sparring and pad work in 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute classes. A series of high-repetition combinations provides excellent toning benefits too.
Punch essentially combines technique, fitness and fun. Because of the physical nature and empowerment of boxing, Punch encourages you to release pent-up frustrations whilst also concentrating on increasing your
