• pool overflow water by filtering and diverting it for distribution to the pre-shower area, and similarly reusing water from showers for toilet flushing.

Re-assess...

• the number of lights needed, opting for high-efficiency, low-energy bulbs. Maximise natural light wherever possible, using timers and movement detectors to avoid wastage.
• member-use patterns to programme heating and cooling plant systems appropriately.
• the quality of covers and insulation for pool and spa areas to minimise heat loss.
• alternative energy sources: self-energising cardio equipment, wind energy for electricity, and solar powered heaters and chillers.
