The Space Chimps Blast! Class competition prize is:
- 4 night family trip for 2 adults and 2 children to Toulouse, France.
- This prize will include return flights for 2 adults and 2 children to Toulouse (Flights
must include a Saturday night stay in France. Travel excludes Christmas, New Year,
Valentines, Easter and Bank Holidays. Children must be aged 12 years or younger
at the time of travel.)
- This prize includes fully inclusive car hire for the duration of your stay. (Driver
must be over the age of 25 and have held a full drivers license for a minimum of
2 years. Fully inclusive refers to unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver, supplementary
liability insurance, handling fees, local taxes, airport fees and environmental
taxes. Driver must also hold a credit card with a minimum of £500 available for
security deposit, which is refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle.)
- Includes 4 nights accommodation at Toulouse Centre Compans Caffarelli Hotel (Hotel
is officially classed as 3 Star Superior and is based on 2 adults sharing a family room with en suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.)
- Entrance for 2 adults and 2 children into the Cité de L’espace, Toulouse. (Park
is open all year round, excluding certain national holidays).
- Includes travel Insurance.
It is the responsibility of the travellers to ensure that they have all of the necessary documents for travel, including Passports, Visas and ensure that the necessary health advice is taken prior to travel.
To qualify to be in the draw for a chance to win the holiday you need to take part and complete a Space Chimps Blast! Class. At the end of the class you will be asked to fill out an entry postcard & post your entry in the box provided in Club-V.
All postcards must be completed in full & signed by the parents (or legal guardians of the entrants) and the class instructor for verification.
Competition rules:

Both competitions are open to Club-V members who are residents of the UK up to & including the age of 12.

Entrants must be current “active” members & not on freeze.

Qualifying postcards and colouring entries must have name/signature of parent/guardian completed in full. Entries without these details completed will not be entered into the competition/s.

This competition may not be entered by Virgin Active, or Entertainment
Film Entertainment, their spouses or direct family members or agencies

The closing date for receipt of entries by Virgin Active Club-V is midnight on Monday
11th August 2008.

No trade, third party or consumer group applicants will be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries damaged, delayed or lost in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
- The Space Chimps holiday winner and game/t-shirt winners will be notified by phone or by email within 28 days of the closing date.

Entry implies acceptance of the rules as final & legally binding. The judge’s decision is final & no correspondence shall be entered into.

None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred & no cash alternatives will be offered. This will be determined at the sole discretion of Virgin Active and it’s decision on the alternative prizes.

By entering either of these competition(s) entrants:

will be deemed to have accepted & agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and additional terms, either posted on the website www.virginactive.co.uk or on notices in the clubs applicable to the competition(s);

subject to provision of specific written consent, consent to their names, images, likeness and edited address to be used by Virgin Active in publicity around the competition(s) in any media throughout the world; and
-
participate in any promotional activity reasonably requested by Virgin Active at Virgin Active’s expense.
Subject to the paragraph above, any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering and dealing with this competition(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions including passing of the personal data to Lime Communications Ltd for distribution of prizes.
Virgin Active accepts no responsibility for prizes and excludes all liability whatsoever in respect of them except to the extent that such liability causes death or personal injury due to the negligence of Virgin Active.
Virgin Active reserves the right to cancel or suspend both or either competition(s) and to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by notice on Virgin Active’s website www.virginactive.co.uk or by posting notices in each of the clubs listed above. In the event that either competition is cancelled, Virgin Active shall award the holiday prize by prize draw and the game/t-shirt by selecting 20 names at random from a list of entrants submitted into the competition. The details of the prize draws shall be at the sole discretion of Virgin Active and its decision shall be final.
A copy of these Terms and Conditions is available by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Virgin Active Marketing Department requesting a copy of the Terms and Conditions.
Virgin Active reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants at any time and its decision in respect of eligibility of entrants shall be final.
Virgin Active may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant on the basis that he or she is ineligible to enter this Competition/s or on the basis that he or she has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law.
