Q Where do I collect my Virgin Active membership card?
A You can collect it at your home club. You may be issued with a temporary
card while you wait for your membership card.
Q How do I pay for my membership?
A We accept direct debit payments only.
Q What do I need to bring with me when I join up?
A Proof of identity (driver's licence or passport will also do), and proof of banking details. This can be either a copy of a cancelled cheque, a bank statement or an electronic pay slip. If you are a corporate member, please bring proof of your corporate identity.
