Music is a vital part of any fitness program. It motivates, it focuses, and it can even make you stronger. If you get bored with what’s on your headphones your workout can go stale but if you can get the right music in your playlist you can bring a new dimension to your workout.
We want to get you talking and thinking about what you work out to and the influence music has had over the decades – for better and for worse!
We’ll be looking at everything from strange fashions to who some of our members choose to work out with in the club. In a handful of lucky clubs we’re also planning some rather special music related events.
We’re going to be getting our groove on hope to have you all strutting your stuff like this little cutie.
