This is High Intensity Interval Training or HIIT as you may also see it described as. Expect to push yourself as hard as you can to reap the benefits of burning more fat for a few hours after you have finished the class and gaining cardio and strength benefits. The structure of the class changes periodically to ensure constant progression or maintenance of your fitness level. Twenty Four is a class exclusive to Virgin Active.
