Challenge your stamina and strengthen your body. This class is set in time with music and takes the traditional aerobics class up to high gear with simple, sporty movement patterns. Upper body press up sequences in the middle of the class and lower body toning at the end ensure you make the most out of your workout. Instructors follow a pre set format and playlist. Burn on average 675 calories in a 55 minute class.

Go barefoot and plug into some positive energy for the mind and body from the ground up. It’s a whole new kind of class that frees your mind, challenges your cardio system and strengthens your whole body. Burn on average 600 calories in a 60 minute class.

A super-intense workout on the pads with killer ab exercises to build upper body strength and stamina. Punch is a contact boxing class where you wear pads and gloves and pair up with others in the class. It's the best way to get rid of frustration, stress and is exclusive to Virgin Active. The bespoke sound track creates a boxing ring atmosphere and instructors are on hand to coach technique. Burn on average 500 calories in a 45 minute class.
