Virgin Active was the first health club chain in the UK to bring Kettlebells into our clubs en mass back in 2005. 8 years later and we love them even more!
What’s so great about them? Firstly, they’re amazing for fat loss where you’ll burn around 20 – 30 calories per minute. If that wasn't good enough, Kettlebells are also great for improving your strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, posture and even reduce lower back pain. Because this is Virgin Active and we love teaching our members the best ways of getting the most out of their workout, we run 20 minute fast classes perfect for beginners or more advanced users wanting a few new exercises.
