Changes are coming

You may have heard we’ve made some changes at Guildford.

All new state of the art Cardio equipment with TV, Radio and Games build into all our Treadmills, Bikes and Cross-Trainers.

All new fixed resistance machines and free weights area.

Our greatest HIIT

We're re-launching our Puma High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class on Monday 15th April. The 30-minute Puma HIIT class offers a full-body, quick and effective workout so you can burn up to 500 calories and gain muscle faster.

Although the class is a high intensity workout, anyone can jon in as high intensity for one person will be completely different for someone else. Push yourself to your own personal limit, whether that be jogging on the spot or jumping lunges. Go for HIIT!

Submerge into snorkel school!

Join us for an underwater adventure as we teach the kids how to snorkel in style over an action-packed five-day course.
