Say hi to the new guys!

From the 20th May we will saying hello to our 2 brand shiny new Service Managers here at Ilford. Grant will be joining us from our sister club Romford. He has been working there over the past year and before taking the extra responsibility of service manger was a life guard.

Alex is one of our own managers 'Home Grown' team members and has been working here and Tower Bridge as a life guard over the past year or so.

Both these new guys are responsible for ensuring your visit to the club is the best it possibly can be in terms of service and experience. Please say hi to them as you see them around the club and contact them through reception with any questions or queries you may have. Good luck to you both in your new roles!

This does however mean we will be saying a sad farewell to Laura - but the good news is that she has shown her worth and excelled in her role so much that she will be joining our team over in VA Mill Hill - Thank you for all your hard work and good luck in your new club!

More time to get Active

After lots of member feedback we will now be opening the club at 6am, Monday to Friday. This change will take place from Monday 13th May 2013! We look forward to seeing all you new Early Bird Trainers! #Upearlytotrain

We would like to welcome Lyndon to the Ilford team as our shiny, brand new Fitness Manager! Lyndon has worked in the industry for years and his knowledge of health & fitness is second to none! Please make sure you say hello and ask to speak to Lyndon with any queries regarding the gym.

We've completed our gym refurbishment with a whole load of upgraded Technogym equipment. Next time you're in the club, try the new kit out for yourself. Ask a member of the fitness team to show you how.

Swimming Crash Courses at Virgin Active Health Club

Make a date in your diary - our latest round of enrolments open on Saturday 2nd March, meaning you can book your places for our ever-popular lessons and course, just in time to start getting ready for the summer.

In addition, now is the perfect opportunity to book up for our Easter crash courses and snorkelling lessons, to keep your little ones occupied over the school holidays.
