New 15-minute fast classes

Full body workouts with Virgin Active's Fast Classes

Our 15-minute Fast Classes are a great way to add something different to your usual workout regime. 

Classes are held every day at 10am, 1pm and 6pm on the gym floor. No need to book - just turn up!

Have you tried getting fit with Faas yet?

Our Puma Faas classes have been a huge success so far this year – but we reckon there are loads of you out there who still haven’t tried it!

These 15 or 30-minute classes are based around the training regime of world class athletes (so you can bet your bottom dollar they provide a great workout).
