12-minute military fitness challenge!

Inspired by one of the original military fitness tests – still used in the UK and US forces today – this week we’re challenging our members to run or walk as far as you can in 12 minutes. To take part, just record your distance on the treadmill (ours are set in miles) and see how you compare to other members. If you’d like a VO2 MAX estimate from your results, speak to a Fitness Coach.
