Les Mills re-launch week.

Come and join us as we Re-Launch the brand new Les Mills Releases over the week for Quarter 3, new music, new moves from SUNDAY 5th OCTOBER.

The theme is “Wear it Red” so get your red on in any way you like, and get ready to rock the studios with these awesome new releases and your instructor team.

Saturday 11:45-12:30 Zumba will now be with Jan.
