Our greatest HIIT

We're re-launching our Puma High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class on Monday 15th April. The 30-minute Puma HIIT class offers a full-body, quick and effective workout so you can burn up to 500 calories and gain muscle faster.

Although the class is a high intensity workout, anyone can jon in as high intensity for one person will be completely different for someone else. Push yourself to your own personal limit, whether that be jogging on the spot or jumping lunges. Go for HIIT!

Free personal training clinic

Join us on Wednesday 17th April 2013 anytime from 6am to 9pm for a free introduction to personal training. We’ll be offering free fitness demonstrations and nutritional advice, personalised exercise tips and techniques, motivational support – and of course, lots of special offers on a whole range of personal training packages. This year we are asking our members to donate an Easter Egg in aid of Richard House Children's Hospice. 
Canary Riverside by Virgin Active Classic Collection and Richard House appreciate all Egg donations. All donations will ensure the Children at Richard House will have a memorable day.
