Our greatest HIIT
We're re-launching our Puma High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class on Monday 15th April. The 30-minute Puma HIIT class offers a full-body, quick and effective workout so you can burn up to 500 calories and gain muscle faster.
Although the class is a high intensity workout, anyone can jon in as high intensity for one person will be completely different for someone else. Push yourself to your own personal limit, whether that be jogging on the spot or jumping lunges. Go for HIIT!
