Charity Challenge 104.8

You may have heard that our very own Kerin Bassett & Kate Conway are doing a charity challenge with two other runners Emma Sewell & Billy Athey on the 23rd & 24th May 'Challenge 104.8' so that is 4 marathons in 48 hours, ON FOOT!

Raising money for 4 charities including SPARKS. We will be hosting the grand FINISH here on Friday Evening 24th May.

Time will depend on their legs!

There will be lots going on for all the family from 1500 onwards to keep you entertained, we would love as many members and non members to come and help us raise some money and cheer the team across the line when they arrive!

May Day Bank Holiday Timetable

Adult only swim times

Enjoy some peace and tranquility with our adult-only swim times, even during Bank Holidays and half terms. Monday to Friday before 9am and after 8pm for both pools and between 1pm and 2pm (indoor pool only). Saturday and Sunday before 9am and after 8pm for both pools.

At the end of the day

From 1 May, we’ll be closing our doors at 10pm on Fri and 9pm at the weekend. Our normal hours will still apply for Mon to Thurs. So be sure to get your fun in before then!

Our greatest HIIT

We're re-launching our Puma High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class on Monday 15th April. The 30-minute Puma HIIT class offers a full-body, quick and effective workout so you can burn up to 500 calories and gain muscle faster.

Although the class is a high intensity workout, anyone can jon in as high intensity for one person will be completely different for someone else. Push yourself to your own personal limit, whether that be jogging on the spot or jumping lunges. Go for HIIT!
