Our greatest HIIT

We're re-launching our Puma High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class on Monday 15th April. The 30-minute Puma HIIT class offers a full-body, quick and effective workout so you can burn up to 500 calories and gain muscle faster.

Although the class is a high intensity workout, anyone can jon in as high intensity for one person will be completely different for someone else. Push yourself to your own personal limit, whether that be jogging on the spot or jumping lunges. Go for HIIT!

Swimming summer term enrolments

Swimming Crash Courses at Virgin Active Health Club

Make a date in your diary - our latest round of enrolments open on Saturday 2nd March, meaning you can book your places for our ever-popular lessons and course, just in time to start getting ready for the summer.

In addition, now is the perfect opportunity to book up for our Easter crash courses and snorkelling lessons, to keep your little ones occupied over the school holidays.

Submerge into snorkel school!

Snorkel Swim School at Virgin Active

Join us for an underwater adventure as we teach the kids how to snorkel in style over an action-packed five-day course.

Complete the whole course and kids will receive an officials STA certificate plus their own flippers, mask and snorkel - perfect for this year's holidays.
