Swimming crash courses

Take to the water in time for the summer holidays with our May half term crash courses for children learning to swim.

Tuesday 28 to Friday 31 May: -

0830 - 0900: Swim Squad
0900 - 0930: Stage 3/4
0930 - 1000: Stage 5/6
1000 - 1030: Stage 1 (New swimmers)
1030 - 1100: Stage 2
1100 - 1130: Stage 1 (New swimmers)
1130 - 1200: Stage 2

Free weight floor

We're replacing and upgrading the floor in our free weight area during between the 10th and 20th May. Unfortunately, this may mean some disruption to this area during this time, but we will endeavour to keep this to a minimum by replacing the floor in two sections.

During this time, members aree free to use our local clubs at Borehamwood, Hendon and Cricklewood.
