Taster classes

Want to try out a class but not quite made it through the door? Now’s your chance… On Saturday 2nd March we will be running the following taster sessions designed for beginners to experience a class, surrounded by other beginners!

The sessions will cover the basics such as setting up your bike in RPM, using the barbell weights in Bodypump and boxing technique in Punch. If you’ve not yet discovered the wonderful world of Group Exercise, please sign up today at reception to book your space, or simply turn up on the day.

Swimming summer term enrolments

Swimming Crash Courses at Virgin Active Health Club

Make a date in your diary - our latest round of enrolments open on Saturday 2nd March, meaning you can book your places for our ever-popular lessons and course, just in time to start getting ready for the summer.

In addition, now is the perfect opportunity to book up for our Easter crash courses and snorkelling lessons, to keep your little ones occupied over the school holidays.

Submerge into snorkel school!

Snorkel Swim School at Virgin Active

Join us for an underwater adventure as we teach the kids how to snorkel in style over an action-packed five-day course.

Complete the whole course and kids will receive an officials STA certificate plus their own flippers, mask and snorkel - perfect for this year's holidays.
