Indoor Triathlon

Tri Training

Like we’ve mentioned before, our Indoor Tri is all about having fun. And the fitter you are, the more you’ll have!

To help you out, we’ve created a series of tri-specific programmes to sink your teeth into. These focus on the 3 key elements, as well as your core (which often gets overlooked during a regular session in the gym). Even though your transitions from one bit to the next won’t be timed, we’ll also introduce you to a few ways of making your changeovers seamless. Enjoy!

Circuits

Our first month of training sessions concentrates on your general fitness and strength with a fast and fun circuit class on the gym floor. It is the perfect way to prepare your whole body for the more focused training to come.

Running

This is all about interval training, which focuses on shorter, more intense sessions to boost your speed and cardiovascular fitness.

Cycling

Get used to working in different terrains and with different levels of resistance. You’ll practise riding on the flat, climbing hills and sprinting.

Swimming

These sessions feature different levels of effort followed by periods of recovery. The difficulty level varies depending on how far you have to swim each time.
