New Joiners: 12 for 10 offer terms and conditions

1. Offer available until 29 February 2012. Virgin Active reserves the right to extend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
2. Offer available to new joiners only (i.e. individuals who have not been members of a Virgin Active health club – including former Esporta clubs - at any time in past 30 days).
3. Offer only applies to new joiners signing up to one of our full access 12 month contracts (allowing full access to home club and other Virgin Active health clubs in accordance with our multi-club access guide) at the publicly advertised membership rate for the relevant club. See your club pages for details of rates and multi-club access guide. Offer does not apply to club only, off-peak, corporate or other discounted 12 month memberships.
4. All normal 12 month contract conditions apply – ask at your club for details.
5. Last two months of 12 month contract period are free. Normal monthly payments are payable for first 10 months of 12 month contract period.
6. If membership is put on freeze during initial 12 month contract period in accordance with normal 12 month contract conditions, 10 normal monthly payments must have been made since the membership commencement date before two free monthly payments are applied. The 10 normal monthly payments do not need to be consecutive. 
7. No reimbursement will be made or credit given if membership ends for any reason before the 12 month contract period expires.
