Mobile or Text Complimentary Visit offer

1. This offer is only open to Eligible Persons. An Eligible Person is a person who is aged 16 years or over, a UK resident and not currently a member of a UK Virgin Active health club including those on freeze (an “Eligible Person”). The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Persons. Redemption of a complimentary visit shall mean that Eligible Persons will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s decisions (the “Terms and Conditions”).
2. This offer entitles an Eligible Person to a complimentary visit to a Club. The complimentary visit entitles an Eligible Person to enjoy access at one Virgin Active health club in the UK (not including Clements Hall and Rayleigh Leisure Centres) (the “Clubs”) for one day during the Club’s opening times before the 30 September 2010 (the “End Date”). Please note that opening times differ from club to club. Please see www.virginactive.co.uk for full details. Additional services (such as personal training sessions or Heaven-V treatments) are available on payment of the appropriate fees.
3. To redeem a complimentary visit the Eligible Person must send one of the following keywords: VIRGINACTIVE; VIRGIN; ACTIVE; OOMPH; METRO; WORKOUT; HANGER and REJOIN to 60040. The Eligible Person will receive a SMS text (with the complimentary visit code) within 24 hours of sending the keyword to 60040 and the Eligible Person should display this SMS text to the Club before the End Date. 3. To redeem a complimentary visit the Eligible Person must send one of the following keywords: VIRGINACTIVE; VIRGIN; ACTIVE; OOMPH; METRO; WORKOUT; HANGER and REJOIN to 60040. The Eligible Person will receive a SMS text (with the complimentary visit code) within 24 hours of sending the keyword to 60040 and the Eligible Person should display this SMS text to the Club before the End Date.
4. The SMS text will be validated by the Club. Once validated the SMS text cannot be redeemed again. Eligible Person will only be able to redeem one complimentary visit before the End Date.
5. Normal network rates apply and Eligible Persons will be charged for the SMS text at the point of sending an SMS text to 60040. Check with your operator for details.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any person if it suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise in its reasonable discretion.
7. The Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on websites, SMS application or telephone hotlines. Neither can the Promoter be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this offer, although the Promoter will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the participant of any such failure.
8. Use of a complimentary visit is subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire and acceptance of the Club Rules (available at any Club and on the www.virginactive.co.uk website).
9. The complimentary visit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
10. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s) by the Promoter or jointly with any other organisation.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the complimentary visit offer at any time without notice.
12. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions shall prevail if there is any conflict between these and the promotional materials. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the Terms and Conditions of this offer as a result of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
13. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Virgin Resolutions

1. This offer (the “Offer”) is eligible to any Eligible Person registering for the New Year’s Resolution Promotion on Virgin.com and selecting the “Join on a 12 month contract we’ll give you two months free” offer.
2. The Offer entitles you to join on a 12-month or diamond membership option only (this does not include “Corporate”, “Off-Peak” and “Weekender” membership options) at any Virgin Active health club in the UK (not including Clements Hall and Rayleigh Leisure Centre). Membership fees apply.
3. The offer is limited to one 12-month or diamond membership per Eligible Person.
4. Where payment of membership dues is made monthly payment by the Eligible Person shall be for 10 months’ membership fees (this does not include any period of freeze) and the last 2 months of the contract term will not be charged. Where payment for the whole 12-month contract term is made in advance, the contract price will be adjusted at the point of sale so that the Eligible Person will only be liable for 10 months’ membership dues.
5. The new diamond or 12-month contract must be signed by the Eligible Person on or before 28th February 2010.

Joining Fee Refund - September

Joining fee refund is available for new members who join Virgin Active in September, and then use the club 12 times or more between the 1st October and 30th November. Those who satisfy this criteria will have their full joining fee refunded to them in January 2010. Refunds are valid on all memberships, excluding students. Terms and conditions apply.
