The weight height chart
This chart helps you discover if you’re a healthy weight for your height. It’s not suitable for anyone under 18.
Simply find your height on the chart’s vertical axis then trace along to your weight on the horizontal axis. Where they meet is your weight/height range.
A word of caution
If you are very muscular you may register in the overweight or obese ranges even if you have relatively little body fat.
Healthy weight range
This indicates you’re a healthy weight for your height. To keep weight stable maintain the right mix of balanced foods and regular activity.
Overweight, obese or very obese weight range
This indicates you’re carrying more weight than is healthy. Extra weight increases the risk of health problems like heart disease. Consult your health practitioner for more
