Never done it before? No worries, Get to Grips is all about having the confidence to try and not be gymtimidated - it’s for everyone.

We keep it simple, there’s no long words or technical terms. Having ditched the scary name - cardiovascular exercise – we explain how cardio raises your heart rate and makes your lungs work harder, whooshing blood to every bit of you for a warm workout glow. 

Our class guides you through three different styles of training so you can mix and match workouts to achieve your goals. It’s practical but don’t worry – this is for all fitness levels, just go at your own pace. 

Our expert instructors reveal the difference between a Long Steady State workout and High Intensity Interval training (HIIT). Use your own bodyweight to train totally treadmill-free anytime, anywhere, any way you want.
