A 10-minute introduction class is available before the main class begins, which we advise you attend first if you have never done any form of boxing before, or as a refresher. This will show you how to position your feet and body to punch from the foot to the hip, how to hold yourself and how to perform the six basic types of punches that are involved in the class combinations.
