This 45-minute class takes you on a tempo-based cycling workout journey that includes resistance training, with a progressive and innovative riding structure.

A great musically inspired workout set to upbeat high-tempo tracks. The instructor acts as the DJ as he guides and motivates you to help create a highly charged, motivational environment as you pedal and perform varied moves on the bike. The class is designed to make cycling fun yet challenging and there’s also a Zen-like slower period for you to catch your breath before the beats ramp up once more.
