Our Revolution class is a 45-minute cycle workout fuelled by music. Your instructor acts as DJ and coach, setting a high-intensity rhythm to the cardio, strength and movement elements of the class.

They engage, empower and excite to find the best that you can be in that moment and have you smiling all the way.

Ride together to exclusive playlists and get carried along by the energy of the room. Sprint to the beat and tone your upper body on the bike with dumbbells and press ups. Then find focus and relaxation through the Zen tracks.

This is a challenge, but an experience powered by sound.
