Bulgarian Bag

These bad boys reach places barbells cannot go. Swing overhead to strengthen arms, shoulders and back or add bodyweight to beef up jumps, squats, push-ups and power crunches. Invented by Bulgarian, Ivan Ivanov the bag was designed to train Olympic wrestlers in ways solid weights and resistance just couldn't. The crescent shape makes it easier to hold and creates momentum, pulling your body in all directions so you use different muscles to stay balanced. The bag delivers a high intensity workout but can also be used for more traditional weight training like bicep curls and lunges.

A monster workout, flip, jump, lift and muscles in legs, core and upper body say wow. Weights vary so it works for all fitness levels and delivers great water cooler kudos.

Battle Ropes

These ropes build strength, super sculpt and big up your cardio. Work arms independently, move through every direction, condition beyond your core and send calories packing. Created by John Brookfield, Battle Ropes can be used as a quick hit workout or as part of your training schedule. Versatile and fluid, adjust the ropes for more resistance or move them in a circle to improve range of motion. For targeted strength, focus on moves like power doubles, squatting and beating the ropes in a wave up and off the floor to show your body who’s boss.
