Plus you can experiment with new kit, techniques and exercises. We begin with an in-depth assessment of your fitness and health then create a tailored personal training plan. You’ll learn how to stay motivated and inspired, and your Personal Trainer will be by your side, cheering you on and giving lots of advice on nutrition, diet and more. What’s not to like? Jennifer Farrow

A holisctic approach to help people achieve their goals by challenging their physical & mental strength whilst promoting & encouraging balanced and healthy diet & lifestyle. As an ex-professional dancer, I am very concious of posture and core control. After training for various Fitness Bikini competitions I have pushed my own body to its limits in order to force change.

Jennifer Roake

My belief is that fitness should be an enjoyable part of a balanced life, not just a means to an end. I am passionate about helping people achieve success whether you are just getting started in the gym, looking to start over after being stuck on a plateau or working towards a specific goal. I use my knowledge and experience gained through sports participation, qualifications and own training to help you feel a sense of achievement after every session.

Katie Stevens

I aim to make my sessions fun, motivational and with variety. As an ex international gymnast I understand the need to sometimes be pushed outside your comfort zone and ensure all my clients leave their sessions feeling they have given 100%.

Korel Gokcezade

To not judge or critique but to find out a solution that is unique. By using a holistic approach, I aim to create a better state of health where your body, mind and emotions work together in harmony to achieve enduring fitness and total well-being.

Laura Daniels

Coming from a background in running, health and fitness has always been a big part of my life. I completed my first marathon after having my first baby which helped me get back to my pre baby weight in 12 weeks.

Steve Ormerod

10 years ago, I changed my life. I developed a passion for health, fitness, nutrition and overall wellbeing. I’ve since turned this passion into a career helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals. I believe that what doesn’t challenge you, doesn’t change you and I apply this ethos to every workout I design. I combine High Intensity (HIIT) workouts with strength exercises.
