Looking for a good vibration? It doesn’t get much better than this. Hop onto the vibrating platform, engineered to activate our body’s natural reflexive response, and accelerate your training to bag better results, faster. 

You’ll activate many different muscle groups at the same time whilst improving your circulation, strength, flexibility and joint range of motion. You can do a lot with a power plate; here are some of our suggestions.

Power Plate Workouts

The Glute Bridge

Lower your hips back down without touching the floor, and repeat.

Push your hips into the air so you’re resting on your shoulders and squeeze your glutes.

Lie on your back with your heels on the power plate and arms out wide.

The Lunge

Repeat the movement with the opposite leg.

Drive through the front leg to bring the back leg onto the power plate.

Place one of the feet on the ground and lower your hips to a 90-degree angle.

Start with both feet on the power plate and shoulder blades back.  

The Tricep Dip

Brace the core and push back up until arms are straight but not locked out. Repeat the movement.

With your arms straight, bend the elbows and lower yourself towards the floor whilst keeping your bum close to the plate.

Sit on the plate with hands either side of your legs, and slide forwards off of it with legs extended in front of you.
