What is Grid Strong?

High-intensity strength work with Olympic-standard equipment. You’ll kick off with 40 seconds of heavy lifts followed by 15 seconds of speed work. Then you’ll move onto supersets. It’s all based around six fundamental moves and you’ll be coached through each one in every class.

Why do Grid Strong?

It builds and strengthens your muscles.
You’ll be more flexible.

You’ll condition your cardio too.
