Body Transformation gives you your very own expert to guide and educate you through a 12 week programme of shredding fat, toning up and maintaining muscle.

Using the four pillars of move, nutrition, mind and recover, you'll be taken on a journey to the best you can be.

Through a process of habit breaking and making, you'll learn that discipline and a kick-ass personal trainer can take you to places both mental and physical that you didn't know were possible.

When it comes to transforming your body you have two options. You can get involved with a group or you can go one-to-one. No matter which route you choose to take, you’ll be introduced to your personal trainer and put through your paces with a consultation on your habits, nutrition and current fitness. Think of it as the ‘getting to know you phase’.

You’ll then be taken through the three stages of the 12 week programme and how your progress will be tracked and what you can expect.

Choosing to work one to one allows you to form a close bond with your personal trainer, making every second of your workout count. And with nutritional guidance support, you can focus on that ever closer goal.

Group transformation

Taking on a group transformation means you get the same dedicated rock-star personal trainer and programme. But your training will take place amongst a group of super-motivated members at set times, helping you to see the transformation as a team.
