Now here’s a challenge. Yoga classes in the Strength category are faster-paced and energetic. They’ll strengthen and tone your whole body and give you a cardio workout.

Each class is a seamless flow of poses, connected by transitional movements. This flow (called vinyasa in yoga) aims to focus on making the breath-lead movement so every moment has a conscious placement. Controlled breathing helps you keep pace with the sequence, build up heat and go deeper into postures. It also turns the yoga class into an amazing moving meditation.

After class, you'll feel energised and uplifted; ready to take on the day (or week).
