Train to rock Tough Mudder in all its filthy glory in our newly evolved, exclusive class that promises to be bigger, faster and harder than ever. We’re packing more into your workout this time round with new kit, more cardio and more focus on body weight exercises. Get ready for ‘the toughest event on the planet’ by taking on a series of ten gruelling obstacles, each designed to boost your physical strength and mental grit. From ‘Hold Your Wood’ to ‘Kiss of Mud’ and ‘Birth Canal’, the circuit is designed to mimic those of the event itself, improving your overall agility, stability and stamina. But that’s not all. The next stage of training gets you working in teams on a 1.9m Pro Log to further develop strength and endurance in 3 rounds of intense exercise.  Tough Mudder is a team challenge and not a race, and the Mudder Maker class reflects that. The only bit we won’t prepare you for is the mud itself (feel free to do your own research here). 

Our challenging, one-of-a-kind workout means you’ll be holding your own out there on the Tough Mudder course, and getting that celebratory pint in quicker than you can say ‘Arctic Enema’.
