Why yoga works

Yoga is much more than a workout, it’s a way of being. Yoga can help you sleep better, feel energised and move more easily. If you’re recovering from injury it’s also a great first exercise destination. Pregnant or a new mum? Yoga is a good way to keep in shape as your body changes. If you’re suffering from arthritis, yoga can bring relief from joint stiffness.
