Active Crew

Kids and being active go together, it’s in their DNA. But for families with busy lives, worries about safety and the draw of screen time, it can be hard. That’s where Active Crew comes in. A health and fitness programme for 8 to 15 year olds, we make moving fun, build confidence and encourage good habits that last a lifetime.

Physical and mental abilities are developed in weekly classes so whether a child is shy or a sports ace, we help them improve. Younger kids start with running, throwing and catching, while older kids get to try out exciting equipment including ViPR and TRX. There’s also ZUU Chimps, our exclusive movement class teaching flexibility and agility from the animal world.

We’ve partnered with SAQ, a leader in speed, agility and quickness training popular with sport stars from Andy Murray to the Manchester United football team. Kids gain crew skills from our expert coaches, all SAQ and Level 2 fitness trained as well as fully DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked. Active Crew costs from £7 to £12 a session and runs throughout the school term. Sign up and see the difference in your child.
