Our term-time group exercise programme for kids aged 3-7 is led by fully trained coaches in children’s fitness. Discover a treasure trove of adventure filled to the brim with sports and all kinds of mischievous fun. Because it’s underpinned by the structure of the National Curriculum, our junior members will constantly be learning and building key skills. They’ll work in teams, improving their self-confidence and the way they move, all whilst getting fit and having fun.
Training is based on the well-established principles of SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness), with courses incorporating a wide range of exciting classes specially designed to get your little ones bouncing. Check them out at Club-V!
Our group exercise course for kids aged 3-7 is designed to improve their speed, agility and interpersonal skills. All with a healthy dose of fun, of course. Older kids progress to Active Crew.
