Loosen up

Take off your shoes, grab a yoga mat and get comfortable. We’ll start with some easy to follow moves that focus on warming up the whole body. We may ease into class but things are about to get tougher.

Up your heart rate

By now we’ve moved through a variety of poses and exercises that are traditionally found in yoga and Pilates classes. But it’s time for a curve ball – we add moves like burpees and lunges to spike your heart rate. This is not your average yoga class.

Feel the stretch

As with Yoga and Pilates, Nova is about more than just developing suppleness. Strength, balance, flexibility and mobility are crucial components of physical wellbeing so we make sure you get plenty of dynamic stretching throughout the class.

Let it go

For the final few minutes of the class, we wind down and the intensity lowers so that you leave feeling energised, less stressed and refreshed with an overall sense of calm and wellbeing.

What do I need to bring?

  • A towel to dry off with

  • Plenty of water

  • Flip Flops to walk to the barefoot class
