We host a national swim gala every year at the London Aquatic Centre (LAC), and it's one of the dates we look forward to the most!
There are sixteen competing kids swim teams representing our clubs across the UK. That means friends, family and club team members get to come together to cheer on participating squads in various relays.
All children aged 8+ who can swim 50 metres and who are enrolled in our swim programme are eligible to participate in our iconic annual swim gala. Check out the highlights from previous gala's below.

Equip your little ones with vital life skills in the water with junior swim lessons available on weekday evenings and weekend mornings at selected clubs. Our qualified instructors and lifeguards are there with your kids every step of the way.
Juniors aged 4+ can make a start on levels 1-7 of our Learn to Swim programme. In this national awards scheme, we’ll help your child build up their skills until they’re ready to join our Junior Squad sessions. There are also parent and baby lessons for children from 3 months - 2 years and pre-school swim lessons available for 3 year olds.
