The Dumbbell Challenge

  • 50 x dumbbell squats
  • 10 x mountain climbers
  • 30 secs rest
  • 40 x weighted lunges
  • 20 x mountain climbers
  • 30 secs rest
  • 30 x sit ups with one dumbbell
  • 30 x mountain climbers
  • 30 secs rest
  • 20 x dumbbell push ups 
  • 40 x mountain climbers
  • 30 secs rest
  • 10 x burpees
  • 50 x mountain climbers 
  • 1 minute rest
