You might be thinking, who can do Lift Club? And the answer is, who can’t! The class welcomes you all. No matter your ability, strength or skill, everyone has to start somewhere. We encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and push yourself through the doors of Lift Club. Our fully trained instructors are there to support and help you every step of the way. A full demonstration on each exercise will be shown making sure you understand how to perform it. And don’t worry, extra assistance will be available for you first timers.

The choice of weights used throughout the class are suitable for all abilities. Just so you know, there's no pressure to exceed what you are capable of. The only person you should aim to be better than is yourself yesterday.


What is Lift Club?

 

Lift Club is the perfect class to improve your strength and help you become stronger. 

Ever wanted to be one of those gym goers who make lifting weights look so easy? Well, that’s what Lift Club has in store. The perfect class that will turn you into a lifting weight lover. Consisting of squats, pull, press and deadlifts, you will noticeably increase your body strength and even surprise yourself with what you can achieve.

Lift Club has a focus on barbell compound movements for strength, supported by dumbbell and kettlebell accessories for conditioning. It's the perfect balance that really gets your body moving and heart rate pumping. This class is the best way to challenge your strength. Once you learn how to perform the exercises correctly, you will hit the ground running. Build up a sweat and reach your full potential. 


What are the benefits of Lift Club?

 

The benefits of Lift Club go deeper than making you stronger.  You are helping your body in so many ways. Go on then, we’ll share the full list with you:

Who is Lift Club for?

Lift Club is suitable for all. There is no criteria that you have to meet to be able to come to the class. Lift Club is a safe space where we encourage all abilities to come along. We want you to feel fully comfortable and leave feeling fantastic. Whether you're interested in a one-off class or become a regular member who fits it into your weekly routine, we welcome you to join. 

Life Club focuses on improving your whole-body strength. If this is what you're interested in doing then it’s the perfect class for you. However, if you enjoy getting your heart rate up, working up a sweat and are looking for more of a cardio-based workout, then our Strength and Conditioning (S&C) classes may be better suited for you. These classes focus on cardio as well as strength. Or, why not give both a try. The purpose of our classes is to help you develop all round fitness so you'll find that a mixture of Strength and Conditioning and Lift Club complement each other.
