?

Active Light

Easy twinkle toes. You might be raring to go, but as a new kid on the block, you might want to take it easy, just until you get warmed up.

Active Plus+

Energetic and frisky, you sure know your way around the gym, and can give most a run for their money.

Active Pro

You’re a force to be reckoned with. With your eyes on the prize, the rest of the class better watch out.

Rebel

The only competition you see is you. So set your own speed, and race yourself to the finish line.

Our trained instructors will lead your ‘boat’ and crew through a combination of rowing and gym floor moves. Partnering technique and intervals with functional resistance exercises, it makes for a calorie guzzling 30-minutes.

You’ll be wearing a headset to hear your instructor on the gym floor, along with some motivational immersive music, but you’ll work as a team to achieve your personal bests. Together as one.

There are five parts to your row:

The Coxswain – This is the warm up where the focus is on finding your rhythm with fellow riders and mastering technique

Engine Room – This is the power round. The focus is on improving your overall power with every stroke

Lift – This is off the rower focusing on conditioning work for the legs, upper body and core

Stroke Rate – This part is about speed and focuses on rowing fast and together to reach your limits

Team Relay – This final part focuses on being your personal best and working as a team to finish your class on a high with a real sense of achievement
