Grid Classes

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). You’ll use familiar equipment in totally new ways, pushing and stretching your body like never before. Short, focused and fun.

Battle Ropes

Giant, heavy ropes, usually anchored to the wall. Weighing up to 20kg, they work every muscle in your body and give you a killer cardio workout, with none of the strain of high-impact exercise.

Kettlebells

Ball-shaped weights with handles. They look like cannonballs, but are easy to hold, and range from 4kg to 32kg in weight.

Feeling the burn? Achey, sore or not quite right? We’ve just refurbished our Fulham club to include a Beyond Movement suite of treatment rooms, where you can go for physiotherapy, Reformer Pilates and sports massage. There’s lots to explore too – from the 25m pool to the Grid studio.
