What is pilates athletic?

Take everything you know about Mat Pilates up a notch and strengthen, stabilise and align in new ways. With Pilates as our base of movement, use functional exercises to build on your core muscles in this high intensity, full body workout.

Why do pilates athletic?

In this athletic class, you'll focus on challenging muscular endurance using isometric movement to work muscle to fatigue while using resistance bands and equipment including balls, TheraBands, magic circles and dumbbells. It’s in the name and you're going to feel it in the morning!
