What is a Wellness Consultation?
A Wellness Consultation is a 40-minute, one-to-one session with one of our expert trainers, designed to help you understand where you are now and where you want to go.
It goes beyond a traditional gym induction. This is about you. Your lifestyle, your habits, and your goals.
