Week 26 Milestone Reward

These terms and conditions govern the redemption of the Virgin Active Limited-Edition Bag reward for achieving the 26-week milestone. 

Eligibility:  This reward is available only to active Virgin Active members who have achieved their 26 week milestone and have selected the Bag reward within 14 days of the milestone achievement, as notified on the Virgin Active App (“Eligible Member”)  

1. Reward: This reward entitles each Eligible Member to one (1) Virgin Active Limited-Edition Bag. Stocks is allocated on a first come first serve basis and is limited to the first 1 000 members that redeem this reward. 

2. Voucher Validity: The voucher is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of selection of this reward and is limited to one (1) transaction per Eligible member. Unredeemed vouchers will expire after 30 days. 

3. Redemption Process: 

• Members must go into their home club and provide the front of house staff with the voucher code on their Virgin Active App – found in the rewards section.  

4. Delivery and Collection: 

• Upon collection, members must present the in-app voucher for validation. 

• If your club has run out of stock you will be notified and will be able to collect your bag at a later date 

• Please note bags may take up to (30) days to arrive at the club.  

5. Collection Period: If you have not attempted to claim your bag within the validity period your prize will be forfeited. 

6. General: 

• This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods. 

• Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this reward type at any time without prior notice. 

• These T&Cs are governed by English law.
