Week 52 Milestone Reward - Terms & Conditions – One Month Free Membership
These terms and conditions govern the redemption of one free month of membership for members achieving their 52-week Milestone.
Eligibility: This reward is available only to active Virgin Active members who have achieved their 52-week Milestone as notified on the Virgin Active App (“Eligible Member”).
1. Reward: This reward entitles each Eligible Member to one (1) free month against their current membership.
2. Redemption Process:
2.1 Members need to call the Virgin Active call centre within 1 month of achieving the 52-week milestone to claim their reward.
3. Receiving the free month:
3.1 No membership fees will be applied to the next full calendar month within the current membership period.
3.2 If the members membership is due to expire before the next full calendar month. They will need to renew their membership (on either a 12 month or monthly contract) and will have pay no membership fees for the first month.
3.3 If the member has paid annually upfront for their membership, the free month period will be applied at the end of your contract term; i.e. if you have paid upfront until 31st July 2025, you shall receive one month free until 31st August 2025 and any new membership will not start until 1st September 2025.
4. General:
- This reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
- Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and this reward type at any time without prior notice.
- These T&Cs are governed by English law.
