Please see below instructions on how to redeem your weekly reward, including detailed terms and conditions.

This voucher is valid for seven days only, is non-transferable and is limited to one transaction per customer. The qualifying items will be marked on the screen of the vending machine. To redeem this voucher, simply open the voucher in the “Rewards” section in the app under “Active”, open the voucher and enter the code shown on the voucher into the required field at the start of your check out journey on the vending machine, prior to making payment. Select the item you wish you purchase and proceed to checkout. If a voucher code is not entered at the start of the purchasing journey, prior to payment, the discount will not apply. If this voucher is unredeemed within seven days of issue, it will expire. Once the code is entered into the vending machine, it will be flagged as “in-use” and locked from use by any other vending machine. The availability of items or services in the vending machine is subject to change without notice. The voucher does not guarantee the availability of any specific item

Please note:

  • After a code is entered, if the order is abandoned by the customer, either by not touching the screen for 60 seconds, or if the vend of the qualifying item fails, the code will be marked as unused.
  • All additional items added to the same purchase as the qualifying item will be charged in full at the normal, advertised price.
  • If more than one qualifying item is added to the basket, this voucher will redeem against the cheapest item only.
  • Only one voucher can be used in a single transaction.
  • This voucher can only be redeemed at participating Virgin Active health clubs in the UK that have a Mother vending machine within the club.
  • Some items available in the vending machines differ from club to club, please check the products available in the vending machine before proceeding with your purchase and using your voucher.
  • The vending machines will take payments while offline for a short time. If a code is attempted to be redeemed when the vending machine is offline, the code will be rejected.
  • In the unlikely event of the vending machine losing internet access during the purchasing process, a new voucher will need to be manually issued and you should approach the front of house team in club for assistance.
  • This voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. It can only be used to obtain a qualifying item from the vending machine. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or rewards partner offer. This voucher may not be shared with another individual.
  • This voucher may not be screenshotted or copied to be shared with another individual.
  • Any misuse of the voucher, including but not limited to tampering, altering, or duplicating, will render the voucher void.
  • The issuer of the voucher shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising from the use or inability to use the voucher.
  • Virgin Active reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to check for any updates to these terms and conditions.
