Please see below instructions on how to redeem this voucher, including detailed terms and conditions.

  • This voucher is valid for one regular smoothie or regular hot drink from Kauai. This voucher is valid for 7 days only and is limited to one transaction per customer. This voucher excludes all Kauai Protein & Superfood smoothies and Kauai Iced drinks. If unredeemed, it will expire. All substitutes or add-ons will be charged at full menu price. If a large (500ml) smoothie or hot drink is ordered, this voucher will not work. If more than one qualifying item is added to the basket, this voucher will redeem against the cheapest item only.
  • This voucher can only be redeemed in store at participating Kauai stores or a participating Kauai inside Virgin Active clubs in the United Kingdom. To redeem this voucher, simply open the voucher in the “Rewards” section in the app under “Active”, open the voucher and scan the QR code or read the wiCode beneath the QR code to the cashier, prior to making payment. If a voucher is not scanned or applied prior to payment, the discount will not apply. Should more than one voucher be added to a single transaction, it will not work. Only one wiCode per transaction will be applied.  Some menu items differ from store to store, please check the menu before placing your order and using your voucher.
  • This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or another item on the menu. This promotional voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other in store promotion, discount, voucher or delivery partner vouchers. This voucher may not be shared with another individual. This voucher may not be screenshot or copied to be shared with another individual. Virgin Active reserves the right to end this offer at any given time without any prior notice.
