1. If you join a participating Virgin Active health club on an eligible 12-month membership between 1st to 30th June 2026 (inclusive), with a “Plus 1”, you and your Plus 1 (linked member) will pay no membership fees until August 2026 (the “Offer”). Full Joining Fees apply.

Your (and your plus 1's) 12-month payment period will begin after the free period ends and both the free period and 12-month commitment period (commencing 1st August 2026) will form part of your Initial Commitment Period (as set out in your membership contract).

Eligibility:

The Plus 1 Offer can only be exercised by new members during the Offer window, provided the new member meets the eligibility criteria below:

Plus 1 eligibility: The Plus 1 must be a new member joining on an eligible 12-month adult membership at a participating club during the Offer window.

Junior Membership Offer

As a new member, you can also choose to sign up Junior members in your family during the Offer Period, and you will pay no membership fees on the first 3 months of the Junior Members membership (the “ Junior Offer”). Thereafter, the Junior Membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at the prevailing Junior Membership rate unless terminated in accordance with the terms of the Junior membership agreement.

Junior Offer Eligibility
This offer is available only to new junior members who have not held a membership within the last 30 days prior to the start of the new contract.

Linked ((Plus 1) Membership Termination
If the linked (plus 1) new adult membership is terminated within the initial 12-month period, the associated Junior Membership will be automatically terminated.

Plus 1 Payment and how the Plus 1 Discount is applied
a) “You pay for their membership” means the lead payer sets up a direct debit and is the payer for the Plus 1 membership at the start of the offer period.

Plus 1 Payment failure / termination

a) If the lead payer’s direct debit fails, or the lead payer terminates their membership early, the Plus 1 will become responsible for their own membership fees going forward. We will contact the Plus 1 to set up payment in their own name unless the cooling off period applies.

b) If the Plus 1 does not set up payment in their own name within the timeframe we specify (acting reasonably), we may suspend access and/or terminate the Plus 1 membership in accordance with the membership contract, and the Plus 1 will remain responsible for any fees and charges that have fallen due.

2. This Offer only applies to Eligible Persons. “Eligible Persons” are: residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining; are new joiners i.e. individuals who have not been members of a Virgin Active health club at any time in the past 30 days (excluding anyone who has previously been barred from any Virgin Active health club). In addition, Eligible Persons are those agreeing to an applicable membership contract at the publicly advertised membership rate for the relevant club. 3. This Offer does not apply to temporary memberships (i.e. you pay up front for a membership for an agreed period of less than 12 months); corporate company funded memberships; and/or Vitality memberships.

4. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

5. This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.

7. All applicable membership contract conditions apply, including our Club Rules and completion of the Health Commitment Statement – ask at your club for details.

8. Virgin Active is not liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with this Offer it shall not be valid. This Offer may only be offered to you by Virgin Active Limited.

9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Eligible Persons’ statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of writing. This Offer and its Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Junior Membership Offer: As a new member, you can also choose to sign up Junior members in your family during the Offer Period, and you will pay no membership fees on the first 3 months of the Junior Members membership (the “ Junior Offer”). Thereafter, the Junior Membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis at the prevailing Junior Membership rate unless terminated in accordance with the terms of the Junior membership agreement.

Credit cannot be used on:

· Membership fees;

· Any Direct Debit or recurring subscription products, including but not limited to Personal Training Direct Debit or junior programme subscriptions (tennis/swim);

· Junior swim 1-1s and 2-1s.

Credit:

· Must be used on selected ancillary products and services only, including Personal Training packs, swim lessons (where purchased as one-off sessions), guest passes, crèche passes, merchandise and other eligible ancillary products and has no cash value.

· May be used across multiple transactions until the balance is exhausted.

· There is no minimum spend requirement when redeeming the Credit.

· Credit must be redeemed within 90 days of the membership start date. Any unused Credit after this period will automatically expire.

· If you use any credit to purchase merchandise during the cooling‑off period, the amount used will be deducted from any membership fee refund if you end your membership early.

· Merchandise spend must not exceed £75 credit in total.

Credit cannot be transferred, shared, exchanged for cash, refunded or sold.

If the membership is cancelled within the 90-day expiration period, any unused Credit will be forfeited and Virgin Active reserves the right to withdraw or recover the value of any Credit already redeemed.

Virgin Active is not responsible for delays in the application of the Credit due to system or operational constraints.

Junior Offer Eligibility
This offer is available only to new junior members who have not held a membership within the last 30 days prior to the start of the new contract.

Linked Membership Termination
If the linked new adult membership is terminated within the initial 12-month period, the associated Junior Membership will be automatically terminated.
