No Joining Fee - Vitality Terms and Conditions
Virgin Active Limited whose registered office address is at 26 Trinity Lane, Mansion House London, EC4V 2AR (company no. 03448441) is the promoter of this Offer.
1. If you join a participating Virgin Active health club on a new Vitality membership you will not pay a joining fee up until 29 February 2024 (“Offer”).
2. This Offer only applies to Eligible Persons. “Eligible Persons” are: residents of the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years of age at the time of joining; are new joiners i.e. individuals who have not been members of a Virgin Active health club at any time in the past 30 days (excluding anyone who has previously been barred from any Virgin Active health club). In addition, Eligible Persons are those agreeing to an applicable membership contract at the publicly advertised membership rate for the relevant club. 3. Offer is not available at The Chiswick Riverside Health & Racquet Club.
4. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
5. This Offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Virgin Active reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and this Offer at any time without notice, including in the event of fraudulent behaviour.
7. All applicable membership contract conditions apply, including our Club Rules and completion of the Health Commitment Statement – ask at your club for details.
10. Virgin Active is not liable for the reproduction of this Offer or any indirect access via third party websites or otherwise and where such reproduction mis states or omits any of the information or Terms and Conditions connected with this Offer it shall not be valid. This Offer may only be offered to you by Virgin Active Limited.
11. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Eligible Persons’ statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of writing. This Offer and its Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
