Entry

To enter this prize draw, participants must:
a. Provide their contact details (full name, email address, and phone number) via the official Wellnergy entry form; and
b. Submit their entry during the promotional period.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
This prize draw is not open to employees of Virgin Active Limited, Wellnergy, or any companies associated with the administration of the promotion, or their immediate families or agents.

Promotion Period

The prize draw opens on 12 June at 09:00 and closes at 23:59 on 13 June 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

Selection of Winner

There will be one (1) winner, selected at random from all eligible entries.
The draw will take place on or before 19 June 2026.
The winner will be selected using a randomised computer process.
The decision of the promoter is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Prize

The winner will receive a Wellness Prize Bundle, which includes:

One (1) sports bag
One (1) yoga mat
One (1) water bottle
One (1) 3-month Virgin Active adult membership

The Virgin Active membership:

Is valid at any Virgin Active club in the UK;
Will begin on 1 July 2026;
Is subject to Virgin Active’s standard membership terms and conditions.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
If necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses associated with the prize that are not explicitly stated.

Fulfilment of Prize
The wellness bundle will be delivered either:
a. To the winner’s nominated UK address; or
b. Made available for collection at the winner’s preferred Virgin Active club,
as determined by the promoter.

Delivery/collection arrangements will be confirmed with the winner after prize acceptance.

Contacting the Winner

The winner will be notified by phone and/or email on or before 19 June 2026 using the contact details provided at entry.
The winner must respond within three (3) days of notification to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected at random.

Publicity and Use of Personal Information

By entering, participants agree that Wellnergy may use their name and entry for promotional purposes in connection with this competition, unless they request otherwise.
Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the relevant privacy policies of the promoter and Virgin Active.
The promoter may publish or make available limited winner details (such as surname and county) to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place.

General

The promoter of this prize draw is Wellnergy.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Virgin Active.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents, or distributors will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where caused by negligence. Statutory rights are not affected.
By entering this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion if necessary.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

The promoter of this prize draw is Virgin Active Limited (CRN: 03448441) of 26 Little Trinity Lane, Mansion House, London, EC4V 2AR ("Virgin Active", "we", "us" or "our").

1. How to enter

1.1. This prize draw will be promoted in a Virgin Active email newsletter in relation to the opportunity to win Wellnergy tickets.

1.2 To enter, entrants must click the relevant prize draw link or button in the Virgin Active newsletter during the Promotion Period. Each entrant may enter once only. Entry will be recorded by reference to unique clicks, so multiple clicks by the same entrant will only count as one (1) entry into the prize draw.

1.3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

1.4. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person and per email address. Multiple entries, entries submitted using multiple email addresses or entries made by automated means will not be accepted.

1.5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not completed, submitted or received due to technical faults of any kind, email delivery issues, link failures, browser issues, network issues or errors made by the entrant in following the entry instructions.

2. Promotion Period

2.1. This prize draw will be available to enter from 17:00 GMT on 4 June 2026 to 12:00 GMT on 9 June 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

2.2. Entries received after the end of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

2.3. Two (2) winners will be selected and contacted on 9 June 2026, in accordance with Paragraph 5 below.

3. Eligibility

3.1. To enter this prize draw, you must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over, and an active Virgin Active member at either Virgin Active Streatham or Virgin Active Wimbledon at the time of entry.

3.2. This prize draw is not available to employees of Virgin Active, Wellnergy, their immediate family, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

3.3. Entrants must provide or use a valid email address and must be able to receive emails from Virgin Active so that we can contact them if they win.

3.4. Virgin Active reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a Prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions or where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse or unfair manipulation of the prize draw.

4. Prizes

4.1. There are two (2) Wellnergy tickets to be won, being one (1) Wellnergy ticket per Winner (individually a "Prize", together the "Prizes"). Each Prize entitles the Winner to attend one day of the Wellnergy event taking place at Virgin Active Wimbledon on 12 and 13 June 2026. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prize does not entitle Winners to attend both days.

4.2. Each Winner will be sent a discount code to redeem one (1) free Wellnergy ticket through the redemption process notified to the Winner. The code may only be used to redeem the Prize and has no cash value.

4.3. The Prize is limited to the ticket only. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Prize does not include travel, accommodation, food, drink, insurance, spending money or any other costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the Prize.

4.4. Attendance at the Wellnergy event and use of the Prize is subject to Wellnergy’s event, ticketing and admission terms and conditions, and any applicable Virgin Active venue rules, including any age, entry, health and safety, security or conduct requirements that apply to the event.

4.5. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

4.6. If necessary, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may, at our sole discretion, substitute the Prize for a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value.

5. Selection of the winners

5.1. Two (2) winners will be selected to receive a Prize (each a "Winner"). Each Winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries by an automated prize draw performed by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or, alternatively, under the supervision of an independent person.

5.2. The decision of Virgin Active regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

6. Contacting the winners

6.1. We will notify each Winner using the email address used to enter the prize draw and may provide the Prize redemption code and redemption instructions as part of that notification.

6.2. Each Winner will be sent their Prize redemption code and reasonable redemption instructions when they are notified that they have won. If a Winner rejects the Prize, is ineligible or cannot be contacted, another winner may be selected in accordance with the process described in Paragraph 5.1 above.

6.3. Any communication purporting to notify a Winner that is sent from an email address not belonging to Virgin Active’s official domain shall be invalid and should be disregarded.

7. Receiving and redeeming the Prize

7.1. We will send each Winner the redemption code and any reasonably required redemption instructions by email when notifying them that they have won.

7.2. Winners are responsible for redeeming their code in accordance with the instructions provided and before any applicable redemption deadline notified to them. The code is provided to the Winner only and must not be shared, sold, transferred or used for any commercial purpose. Virgin Active is not responsible if a Winner shares the code, fails to redeem it before the applicable deadline or if the code is used other than in accordance with the instructions provided..

7.3. Any attempt to sell, transfer or use the Prize for a commercial purpose may result in the Prize being refused or withdrawn where Virgin Active or Wellnergy is able to do so.

8. Publicity and use of personal information

8.1. Virgin Active must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, Virgin Active will send the surname and county of all prize winners to anyone who writes to the Data Protection Officer, Virgin Active, 26 Little Trinity Lane, Mansion House, London, EC4V 2AR (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period.

8.2. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact Virgin Active at [email protected]. In such circumstances, Virgin Active must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) on request.

8.3. Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will only be processed as set out in Virgin Active’s privacy notice at www.virginactive.co.uk/the-legal-stuff/privacy-policy and for the purposes of administering the prize draw, contacting Winners and fulfilling the Prizes.

8.4. Virgin Active may ask Winners to take part in reasonable post-promotion publicity, but participation in any additional publicity is not a condition of receiving the Prize unless the Winner separately agrees to it.

9. Newsletter and email disclaimer

9.1. The prize draw entry link must not be shared, copied, sold, transferred or used for any purpose other than entering this prize draw. Virgin Active reserves the right to disqualify entries where it reasonably suspects misuse of the entry link or manipulation of the entry process.

9.2. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they can access the entry link and receive email communications from Virgin Active. Virgin Active is not responsible for entries or winner notifications that are delayed, lost, blocked, filtered to spam or otherwise not received due to an entrant’s email settings, device settings or email provider.

10. General

10.1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Virgin Active, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate a Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Virgin Active, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10.2. By entering this prize draw you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

10.3. Virgin Active reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.1. This prize draw will be promoted on Virgin Active UK’s official Instagram account, @virginactiveuk, in relation to the opportunity to win Wellnergy tickets.

1.2. To enter, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period: (a) follow @virginactiveuk; (b) like the relevant prize draw post; and (c) tag a friend in a comment on that post.

1.3. Entrants should only tag people they know and who are likely to welcome being tagged. Entries that tag fake accounts, celebrity accounts, brand accounts or accounts used primarily for competitions may be disqualified.

1.4. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. Internet access and an Instagram account are required.

1.5. Entrants may enter more than once during the Promotion Period, provided that each entry tags a different friend in a separate comment on the relevant prize draw post. Entries submitted through fake accounts, multiple accounts used by the same person, bulk entries, entries made by automated means, or entries which otherwise seek to manipulate the prize draw will not be accepted.
